API

Cost New has several APIs that allow it to integrate with other services. All APIs are secured using tenant-specific long-lived bearer tokens. There are several types of tokens which are used for different APIs. Because of this tokens often cannot be used for API configurations other than the one for which they are intended.

Token Management

The API tokens are controlled by AgWare. In order to obtain a token for an API contact AgWare support.

If for any reason you suspect that a token ended up in the wrong hands AgWare can invalidate all current tokens and provide new ones.

Care should be taken if storing or sharing API tokens. They are like a password to the system and could grant unauthorized access in the wrong hands.
