Search Grid Footer

Added the ability to display a summary footer in the search grid. The footer contains min, max, and average calculations for the visible rows in the grid.

The footer is hidden by default to conserve space, and not highlight potentially incorrect information if the component grid is not filtered by a specific unit (the component results are not affected by the display unit).

The summary values only appear for the size, dollar per unit, and cost columns at each level. The footer not appear unless one of these columns is visible.

Permission Defaults History Column Fix

Updated the permission defaults history columns so that they display the name of the permission instead of the ID.

.NET Update

Updated to .NET 10 (LTS) and DevExpress 25.2.3.

Duplicate Insert Error

Fixed an issue where the page for creating a new improvement type/improvement would appear in the browser history, and navigating to the page would allow the user to attempt to insert a record with the same ID, resulting in an error.

Export/Import Page Clean Up

Removed old references to the unit type and quality type that are no longer used (replaced by the classes).
